Video Thumbnails Maker is a small application for obtaining shots from video files.
It works with almost any video format that the user's system can play with a video player such as BSPlayer or Windows Media Player, and also with other video formats by downloading the apropriate codecs (as an example, for MOV, FLV, SWF, RM, QT, etc.).
